For orders below PLN 1000, an additional shipping and packaging fee of PLN 150 (incl. VAT) applies.

*Discounts are negotiated individually with each business partner and typically apply as follows:

From PLN 500 – 5% discount

From PLN 1000 – 10% discount

From PLN 1500 – 15% discount

From PLN 2000 – 20% discount

(calculated on the gross monthly order value)

*For new stores, after you inform us of the budget you wish to allocate for our products, we will prepare a starter order containing a representative selection of our key products that every pet store should carry.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

For domestic shipments under PLN 350, an additional fee of PLN 24 applies.

Orders are shipped via courier services. We strive to ensure delivery within 3 business days from the order date. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to reasons beyond our control. You will be notified of any changes in delivery schedules.

If an item is out of stock or your order requires special handling, we will contact you directly. Please ensure your contact number is provided during registration in our sales system.

Complaints regarding manufacturing defects are processed within 14 days from the date the product is received by our company. Complaints must be submitted by e-mail or phone. Please note: we do not accept cash-on-delivery or recipient-paid parcels – SUCH SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFUSED.
